The majority of the items on my list were done very well. But one of my items (mailbox installation) was done incorrectly and I was ghosted when I tried to get the problem corrected. I had actually provided postal guidelines that weren't followed, but did not realize there was a longterm issue until the post office notified me the height is wrong. Now I can't get my mail delivered and have to pay (again) to have someone else install the mailbox correctly. And the pole is in concrete so it won't be an easy fix. I'm surprised this contractor doesn't care. I thought he was going to be my go-to person.
