Chef Sheldon was absolutely amazing! After our initial conversation, we had a great feeling he would be able to curate our anniversary dinner and make it special even during Covid. When we asked him what he needed from us, he replied "a clean kitchen." We loved it because it told us exactly what kind of person he was in just those few words. He arrived as scheduled with his supplies in tow. We felt very comfortable with him in our home, although we were a bit bashful as we had just moved in our home and all our furniture hadn't yet arrived. He set the ambiance with great music and served us wine. He was very attentive to our special day. Our meal consisted of crab cake with grits as our starter, ribeye, garlic mashed potatoes, broccolini, lobster Mac n cheese as our entree and he finished our meal with a delightful bread pudding. Everything tasted superb!! We will definitely hire him again as we love to support black-owned businesses. Booking with Chef Sheldon will be memorable but most importantly, delicious!!

Flavorful, exceptional, juicy, yummy goodness are just a few words that come to mind when I think of food from Shindiggs Catering!!! Not to mention the unparalleled level of service we received for our event! To say we were pleased is definitely an understatement! It’s likely we won’t use any other caterer for our events! If you’re looking for amazing food and amazing service, you’ve definitely found it with Shindiggs!
