- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple pricing: Flat rate for all home PC repair. Hourly and daily or flat rate for businesses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every day is a learning experience in this field. I have such an extensive array of experiences with such a broad number of issues that I rarely don't know what I need to for a job. If I do need to find an answer I also have multiple resources for getting the answers I need. I have a network of trusted partner engineers that I can and do reference when needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Genetic I guess. My father introduced me at 13 and it stuck. I was always very curious about how 'things' work and like to figure things out. That is how I know so many different ways to complete a task or get something done.
