Introduction: My experiences are as follows: 1. Coaching Experience I have coached for kids, from 2 years old to 10 years old, while working for Lil-Kickers, a nationally recognized child development soccer program with over 200,000 kids enrolled nationwide. I also have coached at the Division 1 Collegiate level as a team manager/assistant for Oral Roberts University in 2008. I have also coached during summer soccer camps at the University of Indiana and the University of Louisville for for high-school-age boys. 2. Soccer Experience I played competitive soccer from U-8 to U-18 in Northern Ohio and Kentucky, with four different programs. My U-10 team was a runner-up state champion for Northern Ohio in 1997. During my career in Kentucky, I was selected to the Olympic Development Program State Team in 2002. I played 4 years of varsity soccer at the Christian Academy of Louisville while setting school records and division 1A records for goals scored in a single season. My collegiate career continued at Oral Roberts University in 2004. That year, we were ranked #23 nationally and won the Mid-Continent Conference Championship. My post-collegiate career was ended after two semi-professional indoor soccer team offers. * A Typical Lesson Plan It starts with light conditioning and move on to stretching. After stretching, we would focus on basic fundamentals with first touch and footwork. After fundamentals, I would move into the technical aspect of the game and do some teaching. After teaching, we would do some drills to work on implementation. To wrap up, we may finish with another round of conditioning.
