What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Thumbtack estimated pricing is based upon a three lesson package, which I call my Introductory Offer, and is for intermediate to advanced students new to Lortan golf. This offer, which also includes a phone consultation, comprises three 60-minute lessons for $225 ($75.00 per lesson).
BEGINNERS, please ask about my BEGINNERS INTRO to GOLF PROGRAM package, which is a better option for learning the game - the lesson durations are longer, and includes exclusive Beginner learning materials.
My website single lesson rate is $120 per 60 minute lesson. In the event that a Thumbtack customer is looking for only one lesson, the Thumbtack single lesson rate would be $90. (Request Coupon Code).
All lessons include range balls and range fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have a phone consultation to discuss goals and understanding of issues. It's an opportunity to share my teaching philosophy and methodologies, and for you to gauge if we'll be the right fit.
I can also evaluate your golf swing from a video prior to lessons.
Students book directly on my website and enables you to match my availability with times that are convenient for you. (This method is quick and easy, and eliminates back-and-forth texting or emailing).
You'll get a booking confirmation email and we then will meet at the golf course at the appointed time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
USGTF Level 3 Certification
I am an avid student of the game, constantly reading books by the best teachers, as well as any other approach that will enhance my ability to address and improve weaknesses in a golfers game. I have studied extensively from McLean through to Leadbetter, Pelz to Stockton, Rotella and Alred. There are so many facets to golf from putting through to driving, but also course management and the mental approach, that if you are not continually evolving as a teacher, you start to lose effectiveness.
