- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great discounts for weekly and bi weekly cleanings, we charge a flat rate each time so the price doesn’t fluctuate even if it takes a little longer one day. Deep cleanings are charged by hour so everything that needs to be done is completed up to your standards. Monthly cleanings do not have any discount applied just a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers us as the owners always come with the crew to first time cleanings to make sure everything goes smoothly and to meet the customer. Usually we give an estimate with information provided to us over the phone or through email but we are always willing to come do an in person estimate as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelors degree in behavioral sciences from west Chester university and my husband has degrees in business and marketing. I believe that these have helped make the business as successful as it is.
