- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive but we are not a cheap mover. We pay our workers well and hold them accountable for the work they perform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask a lot of open ended questions to find out all the details of their upcoming move so we can tailor the move in the most efficient way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 14 years at UPS. I spent three years driving, one year in the test lab and the other 10 years as a manager in Business development. I earned my College degree from The University of Texas at El Paso. I started out at Colorado on a baseball scholarship, but finished my degree at UTEP. GO Miner’s
