- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the customer’s needs, ideas, and budget. We then review the project, discuss design and material options, and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we coordinate the project from start to finish and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
