- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started this company in Irving Texas in 1990 where we serviced Hitachi and Omnifax fax machines. After becoming HP Teleconnect Product Service Providers in 1995, we moved to Dallas and began servicing HP Fax machines and printers. We now provide On-Site service on laser printers (sorry no inkjets), multifunction units, and scanners as well as offering the highest Quality Compatible Toner Cartridges available.

Look for a company that specializes in printer repair. We keep parts in stock that can save you critical downtime and cost.
