Introduction: We do not hire sales people. Most work on 100% commission and will do and say anything to get your business. The average life of a roof salesman is 2 months. Most are untrained and have no idea how to give helpful advice or money saving tips. We ( CJ and Alfredo, the 2 owners) take time to meet every customer and listen to each customer's individual needs before giving the most money efficient proposal to meet their needs. The whole Carsa team was easy to work with and created the room that I had pictured in my head. They were on top of permits and adapted with the delays in the project and extra requests. My family is very grateful to have worked with these guys and look forward to working with them on any future projects.

We did two shower remodels and CJ and his team did a thorough job of the projects. Apart from the Initial meetings to review the design and material there was very little supervision or involvement. We are extremely pleased with the results.

We initially had Carsa Construction come out to give us an estimate for a lot of different work we needed done around the house. CJ came out to see the house and discuss the work, and was able to quickly provide a clear estimate for all of the different projects. We first hired Carsa Construction to do a smaller project for us (replacing old soffit boxes around the roof) and they did a great job - very fast, professional, reasonably priced, and good work. So then we hired them to do the rough cuts for some windows that we were having replaced. The price felt very fair, and CJ and his team did an amazing job. They were always on time, communicated clearly and often, were respectful of our home, and in the end our house looks great inside and out. We still have a long list of projects to do and will continue to call on Carsa Construction to complete them as we are ready.

This was a major revitalization of a 2000 sq. Ft. House. We did two walk through. First to define the s ope and type of work. The second was to modify the scope for items learned in the walk through. With the scope set and the description of the work updated, it helped manage our expections. The work was done to the agreed upon specs. There were no change orders necessary. Where the workman did wall repairs, the retexturing of the wall was undetectible. We can say enough about the Carsa folks. Their work is excellent and show a great deal of skill and experience. They were easy to work with. We strongly recommend you have a detailed description of the work you want done before you begin taking bids. It worked well for us

We used CARSA construction for our home repairs, and they were GREAT! We had damage to our roof and needed it replaced. CJ came out and looked at the roof and gave me a prompt estimate, his prices were very fair. We had 5 other roofing companies also give estimates. We chose to go with CARSA, and we are so glad we did. He met with our insurance adjuster and I, he also provided me with all of the materials, choices, colors and prices to make the decisions that I needed to make. CJ answered all of my questions whenever I had any, and I had lots, as this was the first time we have ever had to do this. He was always available by phone, text or email, and always responded promptly. They replaced our roof, we changed from wind turbines to ridge vents, and he explained it all to me to help me decide. They replaced our gutters and added gutter covers to the back where we had trees. Repaired the fence, power washed and stained it. The roof was finished in two days and looks great, the seamless gutters and covers were done the next day. The fence was damaged in a storm the night before they were to power wash it, so they ended up repairing it for us first, then washing and staining it, another two days. So all work took a total of five days, with a couple bad weather days and weekend in between. It all looks AMAZING and we couldn’t be happier! We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to all we know that may need work done. From start to finish CJ kept me informed, was very professional, helped me deal with the insurance, and all of his workers were very nice, efficient, polite and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better experience, we wish all companies were like this one, it would make life so much easier. Thank you CARSA and CJ it was a pleasure working with you.

Meet your contractor in person. Being on time and keeping appointments is very important and shows responsibility and that they value your time and the job. Always ask to see license and insurance. This weeds out most under reliable and pass-by-night contractors
