Introduction: Yoga is a way of life and practicing yoga can form deeper connections both internally and externally. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can move with your breath, you can benefit from yoga.
I strongly believe in the sisterhood of women and that we can help and support each other. At my studio that is "om yoga arts", I want women to know that it can be a place of refuge from their busy lives and that they can relax and rejuvenate through their yoga practice.
