What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basically anything that is on a slab under 2000 sq. ft. is $300. every 250 sq ft above that is an additional $25. A crawl space is an additional $100 and if you have a pool that is an additional $75.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get the information that I need in order to set up for the inspection. Go over what is expected with customer and time to meet for final walk through.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to American Home Inspector Training School last may and took online courses for the month of april. Passed all 13 courses and then passed the United States national test and the state of Texas test.
