Joel has been my trainer for more than a year, and has trained my brothers for even longer. Not only is he a fantastic person who makes easy conversation, but he also has pushed me to a level of fitness and strength that I would not have believed in a year ago. Throughout this time, Joel has consistently changed workout routines while expertly explaining the targeted muscles in each individual workout, so that I have never been bored or restrained by monotony in my exercise. Throughout this time, however, when I have been injured from other physical activities, Joel has been completely understanding, helping me rehab from numerous ankle, back, and hip problems. So far in my fitness journey with him, I have lost over 25 pounds and consistently improved my max in different exercises, changed my diet to incorporate more protein to his advice, and gained a tangible excitement and desire to go to the gym.
