I have been working with Joelle for about a month and have been impressed with his knowledge of the body and workout routine he's put me through. He understood immediately how to attack my goals. Having been in sports like martial arts and basketball and having worked with other trainers I feel really good about Joelle and empowered by his workouts, especially his stretches! Which I feel a lot of trainers lack knowledge on, and can make a whole lot of difference. His anatomical knowledge is extremely important. Someone who understands the body and how it is connected can help you reach your desired goals. Joelle is not only a great trainer but a really cool person and it's great to have a trainer who will push you and take your workout seriously but also someone you can hang and chat with too, while resting in between reps. I highly recommend working with him

I was quite leary about training again since I have a very bad knee issue, BUT, Joel knew exactly how to work with this issue. I've worked with 5 different personal trainers in the last 7 or so years and Joel is hands down the best, most creative trainer I've experienced! Joel Is knowledgeable, kind but tough at the same time...the perfect balance! Joel is hardworking, pleasant and innovative. He knows a lot about anatomy and I feel much stronger already. I am able to do so much more than I was 2 months ago! Thanks Joel :)

My boyfriend and I started working with Joel a little over a month ago. He is motivational, funny, non judgmental, and overall kicks our asses. He makes sure we get a balanced workout. We’ve already seen a huge difference in our bodies. He tells us to make sure we’re consistent working out every week before our sessions. That way he can keep pushing us to where we want to be.

My workouts with Joel were intense in the best way you can imagine! He will really make you earn it and i don’t believe that to be a bad thing. The main reason we seek a trainer is to improve and push ourselves to be better and Joel brings that out of you. He is big on proper form and technique and that is the main key to any exercise. Aside from being a great trainer, he is a very personable guy. He’s very encouraging along the way and great to talk to about your goals in the fitness world and in your everyday life. Awesome dude , can’t wait to get another session for old times sake haha 💪

OUTSTANDING PERSONAL TRAINER!! I've worked with other trainers in the past and there is no comparison - he is by far the best. I work out with Joel in my building's gym and he is very creative and resourceful with the equipment at hand. The exercises he gives me are efficient and well thought out in that they work out several parts of the body at once. Joel is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise science, nutrition and the body. Not to mention, he is a pleasure to work out with: fun, motivating, interesting, professional and super smart! The sessions go by quickly. One day a week we have a boxing based session - great fun and an excellent workout! I've noticed many positive changes in my body after a very short time. I can't recommend Joel enough. I'm so happy to have found him!!
