Our typical process begins with a quick consultation—either online, over the phone, or through our House Call Pro booking system. We start by understanding the customer’s needs, budget, and timeline. Once we gather the details, we provide a transparent quote and offer same-day or next-day scheduling. On-site, our technicians arrive promptly, confirm the scope, and complete the job with precision and professionalism. We always clean up after ourselves and ensure the customer is fully satisfied before we leave. Follow-up support and warranty options are also available for peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I didn't follow a traditional academic path, I have over 20 years of hands-on experience in the field of home services, specializing in TV mounting, smart home technology, and commercial installations. My training has come directly from working on thousands of projects—ranging from residential setups to major commercial jobs like Parkland Hospital and Nebraska Furniture Mart. I also stay current with evolving technologies through manufacturer certifications, vendor workshops, and real-world implementation of advanced systems like Starlink, DirecTV, and DVLED walls.
