- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The larger the group the cheaper the rate. The more sessions you book the cheaper the rates. Referral of new customer grants the referring customer discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My assistant and I both played Division 1 sports and have invested our time post-playing careers coaching/training, not only other athletes but also our own children. Each of us having acquired accolades as both a player and coach, brings a unique, proven, and successful POV and ability to express it to the youth.
