I bought the replacement parts and had them ready when he arrived, which was on time, always a good sign. Turns out I bought the wrong brand of replacement parts and they would not work for the repair. I expected him to say we needed to reschedule once I bought the correct replacement parts. Instead he offered to go to Home Depot, pick up what was needed and return to finish the job. Above and beyond service and completed the repair in the same day! They were communicative and on time and at arrival were so kind and professional. They explained the situation, how it could be fixed, that the gas line wasn’t the issue- but a faulty fireplace and that he could totally help me with the repair, but a fireplace technician would he a more affordable option. And with that, after putting in the work to explain and show me everything they could, they didn’t charge me a service fee! I am so appreciative of their professionalism, honesty! I highly recommend Garretts Plumbing for any plumbing needs!"See more

Since he and his crew did a great job for my bathroom, I hired him to install the LVP floor in the kitchen and bathroom.
