After checking out the reviews, I contacted Austin Clean Spaces to clean and seal the grout on my kitchen floor. William was prompt in providing a quote and scheduling the service. While pressure washing the kitchen floor, William brought to my attention that there were areas that were not responding to the thorough cleaning at 1500 PSI. It was obvious to William that the grout had been originally color-sealed due to discoloration and the only way to restore it completely would be with a grout color seal. I understood the issue and allowed ample time for the floor to dry after it was cleaned and sealed, so I could easily identify the areas of concern. Even though I was informed of the need for a color seal, I contacted William and asked him if he could return to my home and touch up those areas.For my peace of mind, William graciously put me back on the schedule and returned to my home to touch up the permanent stains.Williams work ethic is exemplary! His commitment to quality work, his professionalism, honesty, dependability, punctuality, and attitude were evident. He is dependable and truly takes pride in his work.

Wish we had known about Austin Clean Spaces earlier. Their deep cleaning service goes beyond any of the traditional services like that. The carpet had some deep stains that other big logo services could not remove. The tiles in the master bath look good as new after the power wash with the detergent that they used.
