Introduction: I'm an experienced certified professional dog trainer (CPDT-KA), and I provide both obedience training and behavioral modification services with a practice focus on fearful and reactive dogs. I'm a pro-rescue, positive rewards trainer; so there are no choke, prongs, or electric shock collars here. Doug is the best trainer in Central Texas! We have 2 rescue dogs and one was clearly abused, he has helped us bring her out of her shell with new people. They behave themselves while walking in public even though one wants to protect our pack from everything. If you have an agressive or a shy dog Doug can help bring your family great tools!

We started working with Doug for our German Shepard who wouldn't behave. His work with her was amazing and now she not only listens, but has dozens of tricks she likes to do to show off. However our best experience with Doug was when we decided to add a rescue dog to our family. We asked Doug to help and he was able to see past the new dogs aggression and with his guidance our dogs are now inseparable buddies. Doug has the ability to see past a dogs bad behaviors and is able to reveal who the dog really is. He's the 'My Fair Lady' of dog trainers.

Doug worked with me and my pit bull, Buddy, for five weeks. Each session included very helpful reference material as well as valuable instruction regarding dog handling and canine psychology.
