Roy R. says, "Unit Pro immediately responded to our request to have our Samsung refrigerator serviced. An error code appeared after we defrosted it causing it not to work and we requested ice maker to be repaired. They were able to come out for a service call that evening. This was greatly appreciated due to the urgency to get it fixed. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and explained what they were discovering as they were completing their diagnosis. They were able to get the fridge working again but they needed to order parts to fix the freezer and ice maker. They kept us informed about when parts were ordered, expected time parts would arrive, when they received them and then they returned to our house right after receiving them to finish repairs. They were able to get the freezer working again but were not able to fix ice maker due to an unavailable additional part. We were only charged for what could be repaired. Unit Pro is very trust worthy and appreciate all the effort of trying to resolve all of our issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with the end result of having our fridge working again. We would recommend other customers to hire Unit Pro. We definitely would use them again in the future if every needed."See more

If you’re pleased with their customer service and professionalism, it’s a nice gesture to tip your furniture assembly guys. When furniture needs to be assembled and installed — particularly if you have them try the piece in various spots — that might be even more reason to leave a tip. Also consider factors like weather. If a crew is battling inclement weather or assembling a heavy piece of furniture on a scorching summer day, it’s kind to tip a little bit extra.
