I asked Jeff to come and see what was wrong with my treadmill. He contacted me right away and kept in contact until we could finalize a date/time. He let me know when he was on the way. He took the treadmill apart and found that I needed a new motor. I decided not to spend the extra money to repair. He only charged me $40 to diagnose and must have spent an hour to take apart, diagnose (then put back together). He was very professional and gave me faith in contractors again. :)

Jeff came in for my squeaking elliptical machine but squeaking decided to go away right before Jeff came. But Jeff took the time to disassembly everything and adjusted/lubed everything he could to make sure everything is in top condition. Couldn't be more happier with his service
