- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is pretty standard although changes can be made as determined by the application or job site specific issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the customers needs. If desired, we can go to their house to sell a door or opener or they can come to the showroom to meet a salesman and see the possibilities. Most service jobs are handled the same day. Door sales and installs can take longer depending on whether the customer selects a standard basic door or orders a custom door from the factory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have technicians that are certified by the International Door Association. We are IDA accredited as a company and subscribe to the IDA standard of conduct in all of our business dealings.
