Thumbtack charges quite a bit to us, even if we don't do what you are looking for. So, help keep our prices down by taking a few minutes to read about us.
We are quality focused and take pride in making sure the job is done correctly. We specialize in home sale or rental make ready and know what it takes to help bring top dollar for your sale or lease. Services include, but are not limited to: Pressure Washing, Lockset replacement/rekeying, Fence repair, Small drywall repair/painting (we don't do texturing), Replacing door & floor moldings, Updating fixtures, Furniture Assembly and much more! We are fully insured.
We do minor plumbing work, like toilet repair, disposal installs, faucet installs and removing items from the trap (rings, etc), but we do NOT unclog drains, change out water valves or do any gas plumbing or gas appliance installs. Gas and valve replacement jobs are best handled by a licensed plumber.
We do light electrical work, like: changing out sockets and switches; replacing ceiling fans and light fixtures, but we do NOT install canned lighting, run new wiring or identify wiring problems...that's best suited for a licensed electrician.
We install blinds, but do NOT repair them.
We do NOT install doors or windows; or do aluminum/vinyl siding repairs; or do large framing or deck projects; or work needed on the second story exterior (insurance only covers us up to 12ft from ground level).
Fence staining is charged by the hour. Typical 150 Liner Feet (900sq ft) one side (with no rails or poles) averages around $900-$1000: including pressure wash prep (without old stain removal), 5 gallons of Behr Solid or Semi-Transparant Stain, Materials and Supplies. Staining fencing with rails, poles and gates runs a bit higher due to time to hand stain these items.
