- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount for Active Duty Military or Honorably Discharged Veterans. Our services are typically billed out by the hour, but sometimes for the entire job. Two (2) hour and Four (4hr) miscellaneous handy project time slots are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will, typically, come view the job, if it can't be quoted by description. Once we see the scope of work, we will give a written or verbal quote. Work can, typically, start within a day or two. It may be longer for more extensive time consuming projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience fixing/flipping homes and doing general handy gal projects.
