The whole process from initial consultation to completion went very smooth. Abby did a great job explaining, making recommendations and scheduling the installation according to our needs. The installers arrived on time, removed the old carpet and installed the new one leaving the rooms and stairs with a new look.

Abby was quick to respond to our request. We made a poor choice and when the carpet arrived Abby calmed our fear and went through her samples again and we found one we liked a lot better. No extra charge, no hassle.

Bronza flooring did a great job replacing the old, damaged carpet in my home plus the pad underneath. Abby was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I would recommend them again and again! (Btw, go with the thicker pad if you’re replacing it, it really makes a difference!)

After my little one put a hole in the carpet I looked for a better fit for a room with puppies. Avital was a god sent. Very professional kind and patient. She helped me choose the right floor with the best prices. So thank you for the new floor. The room finally feels right. The installers arrived early and were fast professional and kind. They did a wonderful job changing my carpet to a wooden floor. The little girls (my puppies thank you too). I wish I had done it sooner. Highly recommend. I'd rate even 6 stars if I could. Avital was the right choice.

I was planing to replace my carpet flooring for a very long time, it was full of stains due to having 2 toddlers at home and a dog. But, it was never the right time for it, until I met Avital! I never got such a great customer service! She is super professional, kind, very responsive and knowledgeable. She gives you the feeling you are in a good hands and you can trust her. I was surprised that my new LVP flooring was installed the next day! Highly recommended!!
