Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Working as a Professional Real Estate Inspector is a passion I love! I have more than 20 years of residential and commercial construction experience. I have found that working hard to provide the very best inspection service and keeping up with the latest building practices is key. My goal is to perform each and every inspection in a systematic manner that ensures thoroughness is achieved and you are satisfied. I also work hard to be a great communicator. I hold the highest level of licensing that the Texas Real Estate Commission currently offers. I do not just do the minimum, I feel that going above and beyond the standards of practice is what set’s me apart from the rest. I enjoy helping clients make informed buying decisions. I have bought and sold several properties and I know how important it is to have as much information as possible before you make your purchase. I also love to help new home owners understand the importance of preventive maintenance. This is the best way to protect your investment and avoid costly repairs.

Able Eye performed a finished home inspection for our new build while under our 1 year warranty period from the builder. I would highly recommend that you have able eye perform phase inspections and finished inspections on your home while under warranty as you can have the items fixed on the builders dime. Able eye had several findings that we are going to turn in for repairs and a couple were actually safety hazards. Able eye was very professional and and has a good understanding of potential hazards in the home. The investment in the inspection for our home will actually be cost neutral as one of the warranty findings would be costly if we had to repair ourselves. Thanks Able Eye!
