To begin, Joy did a very thorough walk-through of our house—with photos—to prepare for our deep-clean. We agreed on exactly what would be done, and she sent her estimate promptly. She was able to schedule Bristol quickly, and we are very happy with the results. It was wonderful walking into our sparkling house. She did an amazing job on our shower and our oven--including its window that we can now see through.
