I had an apartment move out cleaning with High Key Cleaning and it was not what I expected for the little cleaning job they had to do. There were dirt/crumbs on the floor, a couple of drawers still had crumbs in them and on the stove glass door there was some kind of streaking, the bottom of the stove drawer still had crumbs in it. This is the reason for the rating of 4 stars.

However, our timestamped "after/completed photos" don't reflect the comments listed above.
We were only hired to complete the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, blinds, windows areas, w/d, & wood flooring areas.

Joy was so pleasant to work with. She was very prompt and polite during the entire process. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of hours and items cleaned. My cleaner Bristol did an outstanding job. You can tell this team takes their time and really cleans above and beyond. I highly recommend this service for a deep cleaning. Most competitors will be cheaper than High Key Cleaning, but I have been known to be hired to come in & "re do" incomplete work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential new customer can send me photos or I can personally walk the property to give an estimate, whichever is preferred.
