FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of the property, the type of cleaning requested, the number of rooms, and any additional services selected. We provide clear estimates before the appointment so customers understand what is included. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and heavily accumulated buildup may require additional time and cost. Optional services, such as cleaning inside the refrigerator, oven, cabinets, or windows, can be added to the estimate. Recurring customers may qualify for preferred pricing based on service frequency. Any applicable fees or adjustments are communicated in advance—no unexpected charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by learning about the property, the customer’s priorities, and the type of cleaning needed. We may request details such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage, current condition, pets, access instructions, and any specific areas of concern. After reviewing the information, we provide an estimate and confirm the scope of work. Once the appointment is scheduled, the customer receives service details and preparation instructions. On the day of service, our team follows a structured cleaning checklist and pays special attention to the priorities discussed. After completion, we review the work and welcome customer feedback to ensure the service meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning professionals receive practical training focused on cleaning procedures, product use, surface care, cross-contamination prevention, equipment handling, safety, and attention to detail. We use standardized checklists and service procedures to promote consistent results. Our team is also trained to identify different surface types and use appropriate techniques to help prevent damage to floors, countertops, appliances, fixtures, and finishes. Training and quality improvement are ongoing parts of our operation.
