Introduction: Rockhold Karate offers specialized instruction for kids, teens and adults in the traditional martial arts of Tang Soo Do, Kummooyeh (Korean sword martial art and Korean traditional archery), Tai Chi Chuan and kickboxing fitness in Cedar Park, Texas.
Chris Rockhold is a certified master instructor dedicated to quality training, allowing students to maximize their potential as individuals and as members of the martial arts community.
A student at Rockhold Karate has the opportunity to learn defensive strikes and kicks, traditional forms, breaking, sparring, weapons and various other means of self-defense.
