- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Home inspector, and that gives me a better over all angle of view when I walk into a property, I notice details, its allmost like special vision advantage, so I implement that special gift to advise my customers when I notice something wrong or right.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with the property management companies servicing apartment & comercial properties dealing with tenants from Plumbing electrical painting and I also work with home owners helping with Plumbing electrical switches Outlets rewiring lighting I work also with homeowners getting ready to sell their homes. I advise homebuyers in regard to homeinspection report to understand the fine print of the Home Inspections and advise them how much it will take to do the repairs or improvements that they have in mind and that's another area that I have experience with besides that I'm a certified home inspector.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would ask if the professional would be able to deliver a finished product or would you have to hire someone else to finish the work after him like patching and painting? after electrical or plumbing work.
