- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a few packages but every wedding day is different so the best way for us to give you an accurate price is to contact us at rscottmedia.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to introduce yourself by emailing us. Usually people will give some of their wedding details (date, ceremony/reception location, etc) but others come first with questions, which is totally fine! We're here to help make this as simple as possible for you, and to delivery a final product that you and your spouse will cherish forever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Randy Robinson graduated from TX State University - San Marcos with a B.A. in Mass Communications - Electronic Media. He has been filming movies for over eight years and started specializing in wedding videos in 2014.
