- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 per hour plus tax with a 3 hour minimum. You're in control of the time and duties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the potential client their approx. sq. ft., number of bathrooms, number of pets and people living in the home, if it's a move-out cleaning, etc. and then give them an estimate of time it typically takes to complete their project. BUT, the time is always up to the client's needs and budget!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started this business in my early 20's and am still running it and managing cleaners and clients 30 years later!
