- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers always asks these questions, 1. Do I need to be there, or can I be there, or do I leave a key for you. My response is always the same, it's completely up to you. I have clients that gave me a key to keep, I have clients that leave a key for me and I also have clients that are there while I'm working. I am there to help you so what ever makes you comfortable I'm perfectly fine with. Question 2 Do u bring your own cleaning supplies or do u use mine. My response is, yes I do provide the cleaning supplies. Unless you would like me to use yours. Again which ever you prefer I'm perfectly fine with.
