We were extremely pleased with C.B. Universal Services! I work for a corporate fiduciary and we sometimes have unique jobs that need to be done. In this case we had an estate home in which items that did not sale in the estate sale needed to be cleared out and then a deep clean done on the house. This was a property with small acreage, a few storage building and a large metal work shop. Chris and his crew did a fantastic job clearing out the house, deep cleaning the house, hauling trash/debris away and sweeping out the large metal work shop. Chris was prompt for meetings, friendly, flexible when needed and very professional. I can't say enough about how very pleased I was with his work and work ethic. We will definitely be using CB Universal Services again and I highly recommend him to others that need a great, professional hard working company for just about any job needed. Thank you Chris Baker and your staff for a wonderful experience!!! I look forward to working with them again, and again and again!

He did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets, and despite his not getting every single stain out (they were bad, and he reduced his estimated price) he did better than most would have. He was incredibly kind as well! If I ever have a problem, I'll be sure to use him again!

Updated 3/22/17: The initial work of cleaning was done very well. As other jobs were added, the quality decreased. He replaced the a/c and created a flood from the attic. After three months of many phone calls and visits, I was told all the repairs were complete. In preparation of changing tenants, I visited the property yesterday and found the repairs were never completed, painting was not completed, a/c not properly installed, no warranty and water damage was still evident. I spent over $5000 with C B Universal and lost my tenant. I now realize I didn't check his certifications thoroughly enough. Original: Very nice work done and I will be using them again when the need arises. They did painting, cleaning, carpet steaming, and other general make-ready services for a rental property.

I am a carpenter by trade, I have been working home/building maintenance for over 12 years. I have been around construction my entire life. I'm a do it all type of guy. From the plumbing to the roof.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love homebuilding and everything about it.

Any that one could think of. I have worked for many different people from all walks of life. And I've enjoyed the educational experience of it all.
