FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based off of a few different things. 1) time required for the shoot. We can discuss in advance how long I will be there, otherwise I will charge an hourly base price. 2) editing time. How long it takes me to scan the photos and find the best ones, upload them into the editing software, edit them, and then export them. 3) if you would like me to make physical print outs of your pictures for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on distance, I would love to be able to meet with you in person to discuss the vision you have for your event or special occasion! If not, I am happy to communicate via phone call, email, or text message. I will have a few different questions to ask each client depending on what kind of shoot we will be doing. This could range from "what kind of extracurricular activities to you do?" if we are getting to do a high school senior shoot, to get a better idea of location or themes for the pictures, to something along the lines of "where is your dog's favorite park?" if we have the chance to do a pet photo shoot with your favorite four-legged friend!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in the process of obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Communication at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Along with minors in Business and English, running my own business on the side is something I am passionate about and which correlates greatly with my course load!
