I am a 53 year old working mom and runner. I injured my knee and leg running in October. My doctors have told me not to run until they can diagnosis the problem. In an attempt to maintain my level of fitness I started working out with Michelle mid-November. Michelle has been outstanding in working with me and my doctors. She has been incredibly creative and so encouraging. She has introduced me to Yoga and strength training. I had never done either and it has been such a fun and exciting journey leaning and trying new things. Michelle has more confidence in me than I do in myself and she is always pushing and encouraging me to succeed! I am having such a fun time learning new things! With Michelle's guidance I have gained an amazing amount of strength, flexibility and balance. My sessions with her have also been diagnostic. We have discovered weaknesses that I am able to report to my doctors. My goal is to hopefully be able to resume running one day. I hope that with Michelles help and the doctors that I will be able to achieve that goal. Until that time I am having a blast with Yoga and strength training and doing things that I never would have been able to do without her help. Trevor has truly been a life changing experience for my husband and I. He has helped us not only by being an excellent personal trainer, but motivated us to do yoga, which has increased our muscles strength, balance and eliminated many senior aches and pains! His marvelous personality always makes our experience a joyful one.
I enjoy doing yoga, but I don't like all the religious things that go along with it. Brandon offers yoga lesson without any of that. He also showed me some new poses that really work well. I have been working with him for the past 2 months.
