- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service is free to the client! The hotels, cruise companies, resorts pay me, thus I do not charge my clients anything extra. There are only a few things I have a very small service fee for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Having a brief discussion via phone, email or chat to discuss what they hope to obtain out of a vacation. My goal is to provide several options that meet and exceed their wishes while still staying within or under budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended several hundred hours of travel agent training including vendor specific (such as Marriott, Carnival, Club Med, etc), as well as general travel industry training, both in person and online. I also have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, and serving the customer is my passion, which is the main reason I love being a travel agent.
