James R. says, "I can't say enough good things about Austin. I tried to teach myself guitar for over a year and got so frustrated with the progress that I almost gave it up. My desire to play however was strong enough that I decided if I was to continue, I needed a teacher. I contacted Austin based on his rates (too low in my opinion) and the fact that he would come to my house for the lessons. With his guidance and encouragement, I went from playing a few open chords and scales to playing the lead solo from Tennessee Whiskey (Chris Stapleton version) in about 6 weeks. I learned more in that 6 weeks than I had in the previous 2 years! If you are wanting to learn guitar, or hone your existing skills, give Austin a shout. When I decided I wanted to start over and learn classical guitar from a professional teacher I went hunting for a great teacher. Before starting lessons with Peter I met with a couple other guitar teachers and gauged them against others I have known. I chose Peter because I found him to be everything I was looking for. Peter is smart. He is both a highly skilled player and a talented teacher.
