- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge between $35-50 per night per dog depending on holiday rates, availability, the amount of dogs per family, and whether or not I'm house sitting. For trainings it's usually $60/session which includes two to three training sessions and a customer debrief. For board and training I offer discounts and it varies from $500-700/week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You just give me a call or shoot me a message and I'll respond as soon as possible. I usually like to set up a meet and greet to learn more about your dog, their behaviors, needs, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college degree in biology and studied animal behavior, but my experience with animals is the qualification I'm most proud of.
