I adopted a chihuahua mix, Peaches, who was estimated to be between 1-2 years old. She was not potty trained, jumped on people, very hyper and clingy BUT also the sweetest little girl. I wanted to give her chance but also couldn’t keep her as she was. I brought her to Voraussehen Kennels and I was blow away by ow much they did and how far she came in just 3 weeks.
Not only is Leaches potty trained, but also sits, laid down, stays in place, walks properly on a leash and best of all is calm. I think she knows what is expected of her and that helps her know her place. She can also go 10 hours overnight now with no accidents 🙌.
I waited a couple of weeks of having her back to see how she would do once we were home. She is till doing amazing and holds the perfect place in our hearts and our home. Thank you!!!!!

We are new to Texas, and we have a German Pinscher who is experiencing fear issues. We originally thought he had fear aggression, but it turned out to be just fear. However, finding a trainer who trains fear aggression/fear isn’t that easy. In California, we had taken him to a number of trainers who never worked out. Their solutions seemed to always fit one training method, and wasn’t flexible. Shortly after arriving in our new home, we searched around for a trainer who would be willing to work with our fury kid, and discovered Vorassehen Kennels. After my wife spoke with Mike about our pup’s issues and how he trains dogs, we felt more comfortable than we had with any previous trainers. Mike trains with positive reinforcement, and uses many different training methods. My experience with previous trainers was they mostly stuck with one training method. So, it was refreshing to hear how flexible he and his staff were with their training. It only makes sense, right? I mean, when you teach kids, they don’t all learn the same way. So, we took our pup to Mike and dropped him off for one month. I think my wife and I suffered from separation anxiety, but, we will search for training for that later. Our pup turned out to be a tough nut to crack, and he didn’t relax for just about a week. After a week, Mike had devised a training regime that worked best for our pup, at the speed he needed. Shortly after, our pup began settling in and letting his fear go. Not completely, but enough that Mike could begin to develop a crutch for him, so he had something to fall back on when he became fearful. Because our pup is so strong willed, we decided not to visit him until the third week. We didn’t want him to slide back and have to start over. When we visited him on the third week, we could see a huge difference in him, immediately. He was calmer, and a little more confident. Our whole point in taking him to Mike was so he would be comfortable in his own skin and build some confidence, which we could definitely see. On the fourth week, we arrived at the kennels, and met with Mike and his team again. This time, we discussed how we should continue training him, and helping him continue being comfortable in his own skin. This was not about making him sit, stay, heel, etc., it was more psychological training. Could our pup do those things? Yes, but that wasn’t the main point. Sorry for the long story. We are very grateful for Mike and his team, and the training they accomplished with our pup. We are seeing huge changes in him, and more every day. We would highly recommend Vorassehen Kennels to anyone who is looking for a place where his or her pup can receive professional training, and also be treated as the staffs kid.

They have done a great job with both of our dogs. The training was effective for the dogs. Our frustration with our dog's behavior has been addressed. They also gave us the tools to continue reinforcing the dog training on our own.

My dog Sarge was very young but Mike said he could train him. Mike left with Sarge and it was very hard for me. Mike took Sarge for a 3 week training session and said he would try to get him trained in that amount of time but with his age it might take longer. (I didn't want to hear that) Mike posted videos of Sarge during the training to keep me posted but in what should have been the last week he told me Sarge isn't where he would like him to be just yet and needed another week. I ask him how much the extra week would be and he told me no more, he wouldn't let a dog leave that wasn't up to his standard. As much as I wanted Sarge back home I wanted him to be trained. Mike is a true professional that takes pride in his job and he is very good at it. Sarge is such a smart dog and Mike has proved that.
