- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ve acquired numerous skills over the years and although I want my pricing to reflect that, I also want to stay affordable. Given that, I believe my pricing is within the mid-range of other professionals and I offer discounts for military, veterans, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to engage with my customers and understand the problem that needs to be solved. When it comes to questions, I normally ask them to send them in advance to identify anything I my need to do a little digging on prior to us meeting so I come fully prepared to utilize our time effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my bachelors in Information Technology and have a Masters in Information Sciences. In addition, my skills focusing in business analysis and project management in my professional career also contributed to my education and training. In the last 4 years, I have been expanding my knowledge of business intelligence (web and application analysis tools).
