- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive for the Houston area. I help my clients stay within budget and can accommodate to their budget based on what they are needing assistance with. The price is an estimate based on what is selected in the description of the request, once I get more details I'm able to help make the event special and stay within the budget that my customer sets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you an estimate based on what your request stated. Once we discuss the details and type of decor needed I will give you an estimate on the decor and anything else needed. I will assist with anything needed for the party in order to make it successful and everything the customer is looking for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a variety of customers. My planning services are used for weddings, engagements, birthdays and different types of social events.
