I hired Lawrence Waidhofer to inspect my home prior to putting it on the market so that we would know in advance of any repairs we needed to make. We were very impressed with everything about his services - his responsiveness, his thoroughness, and the promptness with which we received our report. He took a considerable amount of time to explain to us what was wrong and give us advice on what was important to hire a professional for, and what we could do ourselves. We received our report the very next day. We feel the inspection helped sell our house, as the buyers of our house didn't even bother to hire their own inspector, as they were confident in the report Lawrence prepared. We also hired him to inspect a house we bought. We had a short window for the inspection, but he was able to come out with only a few days notice. Once again, we were thrilled with his attention to detail as well as his professionalism in preparing our report.

Hello All who are reading and curious to know about the services by Premier Home Inspections.. First off I would like to say that Lawrence handled the inspection like the professional that he is. Very knowledgeable and respectful person. I haven't had the time to share my review since he last inspected my home in November 2014...Which my Husband and I are proud new owners of :-).. . I am new to the whole house buying process, and Lawrence responded to my ad for a house inspector right away provided rates, and explained the His services to me. On the day of inspection, Lawrence was there even before our scheduled appointment time with his ladder out ready to work..(if he wasn't already checking out out roof, by the time we arrived). It was nice to see someone dedicated, and that started us off on the right foot as I didn't know what to expect. But I was really impressed how thorough his work was and attention to detail. He reviewed everything he inspected once completed, and informed me of what might be a hazard and needed some immediate repairing attention. He took his time, and asked if I had any questions. He was great and easy to follow-up with if I had any further concerns. I received my inspection report by the next day and it was neat, and understandable. I'm glad I finally took the time to review Premier Home inspections.. Because Lawrence deserves to be known for his great service. Premier Home Inspections did a outstanding job on the inspection. It was completed on time and was very comprehensive. I will definitely use Larry again and would recommend him to anyone that requires a home inspection prior to purchasing a home.
