With more than a decade of experience as a Professional Home Inspector and Certified Master Inspector, I've inspected thousands of residential and commercial properties at various stages of construction and in a wide range of conditions.
I understand how complex and important buying or selling real estate can be. I can't make decisions for you, and my goal isn't to create unnecessary alarm. My goal is to identify and document visible defects and deficiencies, explain my findings clearly, and provide the information you need to move forward with confidence.

Was very pleased with inspector. He was very aware and attentive to the details. While I wasn't happy with the report that I received, it was completely on the contractor not the inspection.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount to military, first responders, and teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we schedule the inspection, we send out a pre-inspection agreement and invoice. The client will be sent a link to the client portal to complete each step. Immediately following the inspection (for most inspections), the report will be published and available in that same client portal.
