The overall experience for using the inspection service was satisfactory. Chris did the inspection and communicated well pre, during and post inspection. He took his time explaining the process, documentation he brought with him and debrief me at the end of findings and relevant details. The report was prepared quickly and delivered within 12 hours of inspection. It contains all the essential information, details, pictures and videos (on-line) to illustrate the findings. I recommend using kingdom inspections for their services. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
WOW! What an amazing experience with Kingdom Inspections! Preston and his entire team were absolutely wonderful—professional, thorough, honest, and extremely detailed. When you’re making such a large investment in a new home, you want to know everything that is going right AND anything that may be wrong. Preston took his time with us, explained the entire process, and made sure we felt included every step of the way. After the inspection, Preston personally called us and walked us through their findings. He provided pictures and videos showing exactly what they found and clearly explained why certain things needed attention. Since neither of us are inspectors, that level of explanation and communication meant so much to us. We truly felt like we were part of the team throughout the entire process. We’re extremely grateful for Preston’s honesty, knowledge, recommendations, and attention to detail. He even offered to come back after the builder completes the repairs to make sure the items they identified were properly addressed. Way to go, Kingdom Inspections! We could not have done this without you guys. Thank you, Preston and team, for giving us greater confidence and peace of mind about our new home. We highly recommend Kingdom Inspections!

Preston provided a very thorough inspection. Very professional service, knowledgeable inspectors. Explained everything well and what comes next. Arrived early, communicated very well. Offered great suggestions, listened to and answered all my questions. Very patient with me as a first time homebuyer. Online portal and report are clear and easy to understand. Very well worth the money for the added services. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Kingdom Inspections during the inspection of my new home. The inspection was extremely thorough, professional, and easy to understand. I especially appreciated the convenience of the online portal and repair estimator, which made organizing repairs and negotiating concessions much easier during the home-buying process.
He also took the time to do a walkthrough call with my agent and me to review the inspection findings in detail and discuss key items we should address with the seller. That level of service and accessibility really stood out. I highly recommend Kingdom Inspections to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and professional home inspector.
