They were some what slow and they sat my living room furniture down in the wet grass and dirt and then sat it on my floor without cleaning it off. They watched me clean it off. Their excuse was it got heavy. They turn the dressers down on the dolly to move them instead of upright and everything spilled over in the drawers. Now one drawer is hung with stuff behind it and want close or open all the way when We tried. We are going to have to take the back off of the dresser. They did wrap things well but they need better moving skills.

Good afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Washington! I hope you're setting in well. This review is troubling for me, as me and my team aim for perfection and I was under the impression that you folks were highly satisfied even including a tip.. I remember the move very well and there were zero accidents as this is our number one goal. I apologize for setting the power reclining couch down in the grass as we had to carry it all the way around the house in fear of hitting the walls in the narrow front entryway. It was a hot Texas day and the ground was very dry, fortunately the couch had rubber legs which prevented it from touching the ground and becoming dirty.. I apologize that some of the items were moved inside the dresser doors, but when I spoke with you on the phone I advised to remove all items from the drawers for that reason. The reason for turning the dresser sideways was to protect the legs from taking all of the pressure causing them to break. Once again I sincerely apologize that we did not exceed your standards, if you have any suggestions or concerns that could help me and my team be more efficient you can reach me directly at (936)-232-9491.
