- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multi-service discounts, referral discounts and frequently run specials for specific neighborhoods.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk and talk the project. This is done so that a) the customer can be very clear on his or her expectations, and b) we can raise any concerns and point out potential issues or provide insight into what services will and won't do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 25 years experience doing this work in heavy industry, heavy construction, large and small commercial as well as residential. I also am an authorized OSHA outreach instructor and have multiple safety credentials.
