- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Common daily task are in the Handyman Scope. However, if your projects requires a higher degree of Professional Skills; the project price will reflect the skill level for the work. If our customer request a change after the original agreement and the change is approved by both parties through our business email~~the cost will increase and reflect the cost for additional labor plus material needed. We will work within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & Greet our customer, assess the project for the seen & the possibilities of unforeseen concerns, determining a solution, completing the task.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years in Customer Care, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning/Heating, Property Management, ADA Installation, Commercial Services & Repairs.
