I charge a 85 dollar trip charge to diagnose the issue and try to ensure that the customer gets a fair and accurate repair
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make contact and ask about the issue and possible solutions. Discuss the trip charge and diagnosis and let the customer make the decision if my services are wanted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained in appliance repair by SEARS Home warranty Services and attended schooling for both HVAC and appliance repair.
