- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly. There are always radical advancements with technology nowadays its hard to keep up. We focus on upcoming consumer/business tech so we are prepared to service the newest devices before they even come out on the market.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always interested in emerging technologies. Personal Computing has jumped out at me as something that will always be around and the need to service these items will also be growing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus (Malware) Removal, Hardware Repair, PC Optimization, Upgrades (software and hardware), "Nuclear Option" wipe and clean OS install, On Site IT Support, Remote IT Support, Remote software repair/configuration/etc.
