Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. I've been an athlete my entire life. I ran track and field throughout highschool as well as cross country. I was blessed with drive and so I succeded in landing a scholarship to compete on a collegiate level. During my experiences as a college athlete -- I found fullfiment in bettering my health as well as giving advice to others.

Q. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A. Show up to your appointment early or on time. You expect me to be punctual, so I will do the same. I give rewards for being on time. If you can't make your session on time -- contact me as soon as soon as possible! Be respectful. ;)

Never be afraid to ask questions. I love questions.

Wear the proper attire. When you wear the proper attire you are able to feel comfortable throughout your sessions. Wear shoes with good grip and that are also supportive. Wear clothing that is suitable to the current season. I'd hate to see one of you guys pass out.

Diminish your fear of telling me "I can't do this". If you are doing a particular exercise and for whatever reason you are unable to carry it out successfully. Let me know. I'm a trained professional. I know alternative exercises. This will also help prevent injury and allow you to have an successful exercise program.
